David led the successful development of Cahaba Village from a dirt pile alongside Hwy 280 to a revenue-generating development in the heart of Mountain Brook.

  • Home to 16 retail businesses

  • First Whole Foods Market in Birmingham

  • Cahaba Village provides approximately $1.6 million to the City of Mountain Brook in annual sales tax revenue, which makes up over 10% of the city’s total annual sales tax revenue.

Cahaba Village brings $400,000 to the Mountain Brook Board of Education in ad valorem tax revenue each year.
